Holly & Jacob’s wedding at Fair Haven at the Vineyards in Altus, Arkansas was the perfect mix of romance, laughter, and pure joy. These two are each other’s best friends—they met at the gym, and their relationship is grounded in kindness, humility, and a laid-back love that makes everyone around them feel at ease.

A Laid-Back Start with Sweet First Looks

Before the ceremony, Holly & Jacob shared a first look that was full of smiles and tenderness. But the sweetest twist? Holly also did a “first look” with their dog, who they lovingly joke looks like a loaf of bread. It was such a fun and personal touch that showed off her big heart and their playful side as a couple.

Romantic Vineyard Ceremony

The ceremony was held outside, surrounded by vineyard views and fall tones. Their décor was classic yet creative, with wine bottles turned into taper candle holders—a perfect nod to the vineyard setting. One of my favorite moments? Holly & Jacob had written vows that turned out to be incredibly similar, full of the same inside jokes and shared stories. It was such a testament to how in sync they are.

There was one little hiccup—when it was time for vows, the books were missing! My second shooter sprinted to grab them, and it all worked out in the end. (Note to future brides: have someone in charge of your vow books and make sure they know exactly when you’ll need them 😉).

Golden Hour & Goofy Fun

Their first dances took place outside during golden hour, and it couldn’t have been more magical. But Holly & Jacob also know how to have a good time. At the reception, they served up the most delicious Italian dessert—Millefoglie—and added a playful twist with wigs, sunglasses, glowsticks, and even captain hats on the dance floor. By the time the espresso martini tower made its appearance, the party energy was in full swing!
