I'm a go-getter, people lover, fun gal.

What you need to know about me: I'm married to my jack of all trades & nerdy husband, Nick. We have a golden retriever, Finley, who we confuse as a child sometimes. Lastly, my Christian faith is what inspires my entire life (love God + love people).
I'm the type of gal that shops at Old Navy too much & loves listening to Dave Ramsey as I dream to pay off our house ASAP.
I'm a big travel girl who prefers hiking in the mountains over laying on the beach, but for some reason we always find ourself in tropical destinations.
I don't know a stranger, I love meeting new people. You'll likely find me out on the dance floor at your wedding with my intense, quirky dance moves.
How it started...
I picked up my first DSLR in yearbook class, and later got my own DSLR senior year.
On a graduation trip, I was determined to take pictures of the starry night sky in Zion National Park. 3 am rolled around, I set everything up...and I couldn't take a photo of the most beautiful scene (I knew nothing about manual shooting).
Determined 18-year-old Courtney took a month online course, and suddenly felt confident enough to offer $50 sessions on a Facebook post.
Here I am, getting to love people through my job, all while getting to love my job. I am so grateful to God for my countless joyful & fulfilling experiences in being a photographer.

Courtney was incredible from the beginning to the end of our wedding process! From the first coffee shop meeting, to delivery of our full wedding album (WAY before her contracted turnaround time!), Courtney was kind and so easy to work with! We were so happy with her service and our wedding party (and vendors!) LOVED her!
